What equipment do you get?

The Big Ben mobile potato oven is propane gas fired, (using a max of 1.4 kilos of propane gas per hour), cooks approx 150 potatoes per hour and also keeps approx 100 potatoes warm in a specially designed warming cabinet.

The Big Ben, fully imported from the UK, is hand-built from heavy gauge galvanised and stainless steel, thoroughly insulated, stove enamelled and embellished with solid brass fittings.

The Pickwick mobile potato oven is propane gas fired, (using a max of 0.3 kilos of propane gas per hour), cooks approx 40 potatoes per hour and also keeps approx 40 potatoes warm in a specially designed warming cabinet.

The Pickwick is hand-built from cast iron and heavy gauge galvanised and stainless steel, thoroughly insulated, stove enamelled and embellished with solid brass fittings.

As standard, all our equipment comes with:

• 1 year warranty and full availability of spare parts.
• Road registered and gas certified to Australian standards.
• Our assistance to help you obtain all relevant trading and Health and Hygiene certificates and licences.
